前NOW新聞、財經台主播丘靜雯(Nicole),現於港台電視32任《凝聚香港》主持,又不時擔任活動司儀,再加上任職瑜伽導師,生活多姿多采!
Nicole在去年10月榮升人妻,但未有變得「收收埋埋」,繼續在社交網分享健康性感靚相,最近,Nicole就分享接觸瑜伽前後的對比圖,更作出提醒:「瘦不等於好身材!」

丘靜雯:瘦不等於好身材
丘靜雯(Nicole)在社交網貼出她接觸瑜伽前後的對比,經歷8年的運動生活後,身穿比堅尼的她擁有緊緻的線條、肌肉,兼充滿自信,她分享道:

圖二: 沒有運動習慣
我曾經沒有運動習慣
雖然身型不胖
但身上沒有肌肉線條,肚腩鬆弛
那時的我還天真的以為
是因為不夠瘦才有肚腩
於是減少進食
結果不言而喻
成為手腳很幼,卻有肚腩的青蛙身型
在8年前,機緣巧合之下
我接觸了瑜伽
並愛上了這項運動
漸漸我建立了肌肉
身材多了線條
體態也改善了不少
身邊的人開始稱讚我的身材
而最有趣的是 其實我的體重是上升了
於是我發現自己一直以來的繆誤
瘦 不等於 好身材
其實所有身型的人都需要適量的運動
無論你想減肥、增肌、修線條
只要找對了適合的運動
成果可輕易達到!!!💪🏼💪🏼

丘靜雯:我是不可以放棄美食
Nicole過往接受TOPick專訪時,分享過自己與瑜伽的相遇:「可能與天生柔軟度較高、中學時也有做運動等緣故有關,一接觸後就覺得自己是很適合,學習了三年後決定考取導師牌。」
以為身型纖瘦的Nicole主要是靠做瑜伽來保持身型,原來只不過是因爲得天獨厚,她解釋:「我是天生瘦底,可以說是從小以大也未曾肥過,做瑜伽後的體態就更加美好。我是不可以放棄美食,我很喜歡吃米線、打邊爐、燒肉!」
